Not every student’s next step after high school is college, and those choices deserve recognition too.
Grown Here, Hired Here is a Career Signing Event designed to celebrate graduating seniors who are committing to careers, apprenticeships, skilled trades, and other workforce pathways. Modeled after traditional college signing ceremonies, these events provide schools and communities with an opportunity to honor students who are entering the workforce and contributing to the future of our region.
Why Host a Career Signing Event?
Career Signing Events send a powerful message that all postsecondary pathways have value.
By recognizing students entering the workforce, schools can:
