The Land of Sky P20 Council is committed to bridging the gap between education and the workforce by actively supporting local efforts that connect students and jobseekers with meaningful opportunities.

Whether it’s providing a Starlink satellite to improve internet access for Hispanic communities, helping organize FAFSA nights, or supporting college and career fairs across the region, P20 meets partners where they are and contributes however we can. By fostering collaboration between educators, businesses, government, and community leaders, we help shape policies, expand access to credentials, and align education with the region’s most pressing workforce needs. Our goal is to make sure every learner from Pre-K to adult has the tools, support, and pathways they need to succeed in Western North Carolina’s economy.
